Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience in counseling, case management, program evaluation, education, auditing, accounting, or business/process improvement.
• Four years of experience must be in children or juvenile services program evaluation or case review work.
• Process improvement certification or experience (LEAN or Six Sigma) in listed fields is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage approximately fifty agencies providing residential placement and other specialized services.
• Supervise a team of ten individuals for referral and admission of youth to programs.
• Maintain primary responsibility for the department's relationship with agencies and leadership teams.
• Coordinate placement and support with regional operations and statewide services.
