Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a balanced, high-quality portfolio of research fellowships and sets a vision for program growth.
Oversees program management, selection committees, and program impact enhancements.
Leads and mentors staff; facilitates staff development and performance reviews.
Serves as senior resource for complex programmatic issues and guides policy adherence.
Manages program finances, planning, scheduling, and procedural changes.
Develops and maintains sponsor relationships and manages external contacts.
Responds to proposals, negotiates scope and budget, and develops high-impact programs; oversees contracts and reporting.
Oversees outreach and marketing strategy and budget; represents program at meetings.
