Job summary

• Strong program/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• In consultation with Senior Program Director, develops and maintains a balanced, high-quality portfolio of research fellowships.
• Plans, conducts, and directs work on programs; oversees committees and expands program impact.
• Leads and mentors staff; builds effective teams and supports career development.
• Serves as a senior resource for complex programmatic issues and guides policy application.
• Oversees financial management, planning, and scheduling for the programs.
• Develops sponsorship relationships and funds management with external sponsors.
• Responds to proposals, negotiates scope of work and budget, and helps secure funding.
• Leads outreach and marketing efforts for the program.
