Job summary

NYU Langone Health’s Radiology division seeks an Assistant Director (FGP) for Revenue Optimization & Analytics in Manhattan. You will oversee analytics and operational effectiveness of the radiology revenue cycle, identify trends, monitor KPIs, resolve payor issues, and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High accuracy in reviewing analyses and staff education.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance regulatory policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payer reimbursements, billing metrics, denial rates, and A/R for radiology.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with radiology leadership to optimize workflows and revenue.
• Lead analytics initiatives and measure initiative effectiveness.
• Educate radiology staff on coding policies and payer requirements.
