Qualifications

• 8+ years in energy/commercial origination or business development.
• Experience leading acquisition and divestment processes, including diligence and transaction management.
• Strong contracting and negotiation capability across offtake, capacity, and REC agreements.
• Experience in or familiarity with RTO/ISO markets; renewables knowledge a plus.
• Hands-on operator who can lead deals and also mentor a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facility acquisitions and divestments, sourcing opportunities and coordinating diligence.
• Originate, structure, and negotiate offtake agreements (PPA, capacity, REC structures).
• Develop contracting strategies aligning pricing, tenor, and portfolio value.
• Oversee and support team, providing direction while staying hands-on.
• Align policy, funding, and advocacy activities with commercial goals.
