Dignity Health Management Services Organization is seeking a Director of Performance Insights to lead clinical, financial and operational analytics across Population Health. You will shape data capture, quality and analytics strategy from multiple sources and partner with PHSO leadership, payer strategy, clinical quality and IT to drive evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years experience in large healthcare organizations and/or integrated healthcare delivery systems.
• Five (5) years strategic leadership of population health operations, analytics, or healthcare economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of the Performance Insights team including staff development.
• Drive the strategy for data capture and analysis from multiple sources to support population health initiatives.
• Oversee planning and delivery of Population Health initiatives with data analyses, dashboards and reports.
• Lead cross-functional financial performance analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present VBA analysis results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with executive leaders to ensure data products address strategic needs and close data gaps across departments.
