Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations and Innovation to lead enterprise-wide improvements in preventive care and outcomes. You will translate goals into scalable engagement strategies, tech-enabled workflows, and high-impact clinical interventions, partnering with frontline teams to scale impact.

You will report to the Senior Director of Preventive Health and drive performance, shape opportunities, and deliver best-in-class care across our member population.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in high-ownership operator roles driving performance improvement in complex, regulated, or high-stakes environments through data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design organization-wide strategies to deliver exceptional member care at scale and identify opportunities to improve patient journeys.
• Manage performance against operating KPIs and clinical outcomes, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Leverage data to identify drivers of performance and enable evidence-based decisions.
• Provide servant leadership to frontline teams, translating complex goals into actionable workflows.
