Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Director of Health Impact Outcomes and Performance to lead data analytics and performance improvement for community and patient-facing programs aimed at reducing outcome disparities.

The role oversees a team of data scientists and analysts, develops Power BI reports and dashboards, and partners with clinical and operational leaders to drive timely, data-informed decisions across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in clinical or health care.
• 4 years of people leadership experience.
• Epidemiology, biostatistics, or data science expertise preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and performance improvement for community and patient-facing programs.
• Develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and process measures to track outcomes and gaps.
• Present updates to senior leadership and committees on performance and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external analytics teams to align metric definitions and outputs.
