Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Director of Health Impact Outcomes and Performance to lead data analytics and performance improvement for community and patient-facing programs, ensuring high quality outcomes for patients and communities facing the greatest medical and social needs.

The role oversees a team of data scientists and analysts, develops Power BI reports and interactive dashboards, and partners with Healthy Communities and other operational teams to identify drivers of variation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of clinical or health care experience.
• 4 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in epidemiology, biostatistics, population health, quality improvement, or implementation science preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; data manipulation/interpretation
• Research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and performance improvement for community and patient-facing programming.
• Oversee team of data scientists and analysts creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Support Healthy Communities with data-informed decisions and identify drivers of variation.
• Present progress on gap closure to Chief Medical Officers and surgical executives.
• Collaborate with system stakeholders to ensure metric definitions align across teams.
