Immatics, a leader in cancer immunotherapy, seeks a Director, Cell Therapy Patient Operations to lead the patient-specific order management for the TCR T-cell therapy portfolio. You will build and guide the Patient Operations team, coordinate with ATCs, and ensure accurate, empathetic case handling.

This launch-ready role requires 5+ years in autologous cell therapy operations and strong leadership, with SOP development and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the end-to-end patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in biotechnology/pharma with regulatory exposure.
• 5+ years leading autologous cell therapy order coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Patient Operations across ATCs.
• Define staffing models to optimize patient throughput.
• Develop SOPs and training for order management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Access & Support.
