As an IMS Regional Sales Director at STERIS, you are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region. You will lead the regional sales team to achieve profitability and growth targets in line with company vision and values.
This is a remote based Customer facing position. To support and service our Customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following states: WA or OR. This Director will be managing the Pacific Northwest Region for the Instrument Management Services (IMS) division.

Here is just a brief overview of what we offer:
Pay range for this opportunity is $98,750.00-$148,050.00. This position is eligible for an Incentive Compensation Plan.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
