The role collaborates with design, engineering, construction, network, and legal teams to deliver aggressive capacity targets, manage complex deals, and mentor staff while traveling 25%+ domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial real estate, infrastructure and development
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale multi-party data center capacity deals
• 8+ years managing regional programs and organizations
• Commercial leadership on complex multi-variable deals including land, energy and third-party capacity
• Proven experience delivering large capital projects with complex structures
• Experience opening new markets and channels for data center capacity delivery
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence high-level stakeholders
• Analytical, fast-paced, hands-on leadership across multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative and cross-functional communicator with strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of industry trends, opportunities and competitive landscape

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the regional development program, including identifying and structuring opportunities
• Collaborate with design, engineering, construction, network, and legal to execute capacity targets
• Guide strategic approach to developing new capacity while managing risk
• Accountable for site selection and development within a defined North America region
• Deliver cost-effective capacity while optimizing flexibility and optionality
• Represent Meta in meetings with suppliers, governments, and regulators
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor internal staff with career development
• Travel domestically and internationally as 25%+ of the time
