The Director of Recruitment & Enrollment Strategy is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Welcome Center, Recruitment, Success Coaching, and CRM team for Johnson County Community College (JCCC), developing a sound, multi-year Strategic Enrollment Management Plan that establishes realistic yet ambitious enrollment targets, and leadership of the CRM system used to recruit and retain students.
