Our team of 35 is distributed across the country with a remote-first culture. Comprising senior recruiters, executive researchers, and startup operators, we understand the skills and characteristics required to lead in startup environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a subject matter expert and partner with business leaders, managers, talent partners, and other key stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy across various divisions.
  2. Create and communicate recruiting strategies internally and externally.
  3. Use data to assess and improve recruiting effectiveness.
  4. Partner with sourcing teams to develop innovative ways to attract passive talent.
  5. Develop, coach, and mentor clients throughout the recruiting process.
  6. Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients.
  7. Manage stakeholder relationships within searches and potentially beyond.
Leadership/Supervisory Functions
  1. Lead by example to drive internal culture and external brand reputation.
  2. Manage and mentor recruiters and researchers.
  3. Implement projects to enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments.
  5. Oversee compliance of recruitment processes.
  6. Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  7. Analyze hiring trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  8. Utilize traditional and innovative sources to access all talent pools.
  9. Assist leadership in workforce planning.
Analytics
  1. Leverage analytics and impact metrics to grow a data-driven recruiting team.
  2. Introduce new technologies, workflows, and processes.
  3. Evaluate and improve recruiting strategies and processes.
  4. Create reporting systems to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of full life-cycle recruiting or relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of stakeholder management experience.
  • Expertise in executive search sourcing, networking, research, and cold-calling.
  • Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage relationships and lead teams.
  • Experience advising at the executive level.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Experience in executive/leadership search across GTM, Growth, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields; MBA is a plus.
