Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (Master in life science or data-related field, or MBA).
• 5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or real-world data roles.
• Experience with healthcare data types (claims, EHR, registries).
• Experience in cross-functional matrixed environments is required.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RWD initiatives aligned with R&D and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Drive prioritization and delivery of data and analytics initiatives for maximum impact.
• Identify and utilize data assets from internal and external sources.
• Ensure data quality, accessibility, and lifecycle management across platforms.
