Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for Real-World Data Strategy. The role spans data landscaping, partnerships, customer success, data product strategy, and governance, driving AI-native initiatives across the RWD program.

You translate strategic priorities into execution plans within a matrixed environment, collaborating with engineering and data science to accelerate innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Data/Analytics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field (required)
• Master's degree (MPH, MBA, Biostatistics, or Data Science) (preferred)
• 4-5 years in data, analytics, real-world evidence, consulting, or related field
• Hands-on experience with RWD sources (claims, EHR, molecular, biomarker, imaging)
• Track record delivering data products or analytics solutions (scoping, timeline management)
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments across tech, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with AI-native tools (Claude Code) applied to data workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RWD initiative execution with milestones and risk mitigation
• Track interdependent workstreams and surface blockers with solutions
• Act as AI driver: pilot and embed AI/ML tools into RWD workflows
• Ensure RWD assets documented for AI/ML downstream consumption
• Evaluate and onboard external RWD sources; manage data access governance
• Design scalable data products across Research, Development & HEOR; drive adoption
