Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a Director of Real World Data (RWD) Strategy to shape CMH data strategy across development through post-marketing. You will translate external data landscapes into high-impact internal plans, lead governance, and drive federated and privacy-preserving analytics.

You will collaborate with Medical, HEOR, SDIA and IT to ensure data quality, regulatory readiness and RWE excellence, while aligning with enterprise objectives and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a quantitative/health field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CMH RWD strategy across the product lifecycle.
• Define enterprise KPIs to measure RWD value and ROI.
• Oversee data landscaping, governance, and partnerships with external data vendors.
• Lead federated learning, privacy-preserving data solutions, and regulatory readiness.
