Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Director, Real World Data Strategy to lead CMH RWD across the product lifecycle. The role requires influencing senior leadership, integrating AI and emerging data modalities, and guiding data sourcing, governance, and partnerships to maximize RWD value.

The candidate should have an advanced quantitative health degree, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with RWD sources, governance, and enterprise strategy. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or health-related field.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and network effectively for cross-functional alignment.
• Strong analytic skills and experience with real-world data (RWD) sources and methods.
• Experience developing or executing enterprise RWD strategy across product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive CMH RWD strategy across the product lifecycle.
• Lead identification, evaluation, and governance of RWD sources and partnerships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate RWD insights into regulatory and clinical decisions.
• Promote governance, data standards, and value realization from RWD investments.
