Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Director, Medical Affairs, Rare Diseases - Europe in Amsterdam (Hybrid) to lead medical strategy and scientific engagement across investigational and approved therapies. You will collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, Medical Operations and Publications to drive evidence generation and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical strategy, scientific communications and evidence generation.
• Strong understanding of drug development and lifecycle management.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30–50%).
• MD, DO, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical strategies and tactical plans across assigned rare disease assets and therapeutic areas.
• Provide scientific leadership during pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.
• Establish scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, researchers and payers.
• Drive evidence generation through Medical Affairs studies, data analysis, publications and communications plans.
• Translate country insights into recommendations supporting medical strategy and patient access.
• Manage complex priorities, budgets and timelines with scientific integrity.
