Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Insights and Analytics to build and lead its analytics capabilities for a portfolio of gene therapies, with a focus on rare cardiology.

You will guide disease models, forecasting, and market-development analytics to support strategic decisions. You will partner across functions to develop integrated analytic platforms, leverage real-world data, and drive data-driven recommendations for market opportunities in rare genetic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred in business, analytics, life sciences, or related field.
• 12 years in biopharma with insights, analytics, forecasting, epidemiology, or real-world data analytics.
• Experience in rare disease, gene therapy, and cardiology is highly desirable.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, and data science tools to accelerate insight generation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading analytics strategy for Rocket’s portfolio of gene therapies for rare cardiomyopathies.
• Lead forecasting for pipeline gene therapy assets and estimate market size, patient segments, and addressable populations.
• Build and refine a rare cardiology data and analytics platform to guide diagnosis and market development.
• Lead integrated secondary-data analytics and primary market research on diagnostic pathways.
• Integrate real-world data and market intelligence into a connected analytics platform.
• Apply entrepreneurial mindset to data mining and synthesis of fragmented evidence.
• Identify advanced analytics and AI approaches to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategic questions and address knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with IT, data vendors, and analytics partners to establish scalable systems.
• Oversee budgets and ensure privacy and compliance in analytics investments.
