Job summary

AbbVie seeks a senior Process Excellence Leader to optimize end-to-end R&D processes, lead cross-functional teams, and drive improvements with a focus on GxP and compliance. Qualifications

• 12-15+ years industry experience with progression
• 8+ years in process management/improvement
• Strong project management and adaptability skills
• Experience with metrics for business decisions
• Expertise in business procedures and GxP understanding
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as expert and owner for specific R&D high complexity processes across Therapeutic Areas
• Conduct process reviews, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and support audits and compliance
• Define metrics to measure process health and compliance and update processes with leadership
• Identify and escalate risks to leadership for mitigation
• Lead large-scale process improvements and mentor junior team members
• Analyze performance data and drive transformation to improve efficiency
• Promote creativity and present improvement ideas to leadership
• Ensure sustainability of improvements through monitoring of metrics
