Job summary

Immunovant, Inc., a clinical-stage immunology company, is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own R&D financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the clinical portfolio. You will partner with R&D leaders and operate as the primary finance business partner to inform critical decisions.

The role includes managing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and month-end close for R&D, supporting multi-year strategic plans, and collaborating across Accounting, Procurement, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting with advanced Excel and modeling skills.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• BA/BS required; MBA and biotech/pharma experience preferred.
• Remote-based role with East Coast preference; travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and month-end reporting for R&D, including trial-level cost models.
• Serve as primary finance business partner for R&D, partnering with business leaders to inform key decisions.
• Support CFO with multi-year strategic plans, board materials, and business development initiatives.
• Partner with Accounting, Clinical Procurement, and Operations on accruals, vendor contracts, and variance analysis.
