Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/occupational hygiene, environmental health or related field.
• 10+ years of IH/EH&S experience in life sciences or regulated setting.
• Demonstrated director-level EH&S leadership and cross-site influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead IH-based expertise and act as technical subject matter leader for GWE R&D.
• Serve on the R&D Leadership Team and Safety/Environmental Operations teams.
• Design and govern exposure-assessment programs (air, surface, personal monitoring).
• Lead hazard control for potent compounds and novel molecules with containment strategies.
• Provide oversight of ventilation, fume hoods, and containment systems.
• Advise senior leaders on IH risk with business-aligned solutions.
• Establish portfolio-level EH&S reporting and governance across R&D sites.
