Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, Post-Quantum Cryptography to join our Advisory Services practice in the United States. You will define go-to-market strategies for quantum security offerings and build executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders.

You will lead a high-performance delivery team, oversee project margins and P&L, and develop thought leadership through whitepapers and conference talks while mentoring colleagues and shaping scalable service models.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of recent PQC experience at enterprise level.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required.
• Proven ability to build and scale consulting offerings and manage P&L.
• Experience negotiating partnerships with tech vendors (Google, IBM).
• Strong engagement with C-suite and board audiences.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities
