Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks a Director, Post-Quantum Cryptography to join our Advisory Services practice in the United States. You will define go-to-market strategies for quantum security offerings, and lead executive engagements with CISOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders, driving client value and ROI.

You will build and scale a high-performance delivery team, oversee P&L, develop thought leadership, and mentor colleagues to establish the practice as a market leader in quantum security.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of PQC experience at enterprise level.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required.
• Proven ability to grow consulting offerings and lead cross-functional teams.
• Track record negotiating partnerships with Google and IBM.
• Familiar with global quantum security regulations and engaging C-suite audiences.
• Experience in go-to-market narratives and white papers; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for quantum security offerings and manage executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Build and scale a high-performance delivery team to achieve growth targets while maintaining quality; oversee P&L and margins.
• Develop thought leadership strategies, including whitepapers and speaking engagements, to position KPMG as a quantum security market leader; mentor team members to become recognized experts.
• Launch scalable service models tailored to quantum security domains, ensuring high-quality differentiated solutions.
• Attract and nurture specialized technical talent, fostering collaboration and succession planning.
• Act with integrity and professionalism, upholding a respectful work environment.
