Job summary

KPMG LLP in the Advisory Services practice is seeking a Director, Post-Quantum Cryptography to lead client engagements with CISOs, CIOs, and board stakeholders, while shaping go-to-market strategies for quantum security offerings.

You will build a high-performance delivery team, manage P&L, mentor professionals, and develop thought leadership through white papers and speaking engagements; travel up to 30% is required and U.S. work authorization is necessary with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Eight years of recent PQC experience with CNSA 2.0 and NIST at enterprise level.
• Master's degree preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven ability to build and scale consulting offerings, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success negotiating partnerships with leading technology vendors such as Google and IBM.
• Awareness of global quantum security regulations; ability to engage C-suite and board audiences.
• Experience crafting go-to-market narratives and building practice visibility through white papers and talks.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define the go-to-market strategy for quantum security offerings; develop executive relationships with key accounts and guide engagements.
• Build and scale a delivery team, oversee financial performance, margins, and resource utilization.
• Develop thought leadership, whitepapers, and speaking engagements to enhance brand leadership.
• Launch scalable service models tailored to quantum security domains; mentor team members.
• Attract and nurture specialized technical talent and support succession planning.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
