Job summary

Atom Computing is seeking a Director of Quantum Product Strategy to bridge engineering, product, and marketing. Translate quantum technology into clear value for academics, government, and industry. Travel up to 35% and lead messaging, content, and ecosystem engagement.

The role requires a PhD in a science or engineering field and 5+ years in the quantum sphere, with strong communication and strategic relationship skills.

Qualifications

• PhD in science or engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably with exposure to the quantum industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Atom’s technology to accurately represent product capabilities, messaging, and roadmap.
• Track scientific, engineering, and commercial developments to analyze landscape and shape messaging.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners; translate feedback into offering improvements.
• Represent the company at regional/global events and speak on Atom; participate in panels.
• Define value propositions, use cases, and differentiators; create content (tutorials, blog posts, whitepapers).
• Support development of marketing collateral (infographics, videos, presentations, assets).
• Validate messaging for technical accuracy across audiences.
