Job summary

Atom Computing is hiring a Technical Marketing Director to bridge engineering, product, and marketing, translating quantum technology into clear value for academic, government, and industry audiences. You will shape messaging and develop technical content to elevate Atom’s presence worldwide, traveling up to 35% of the time.

The role requires a PhD and 5+ years of quantum industry experience, with proven ability to craft data-driven narratives and build strategic relationships among customers,

Qualifications

• PhD degree in a science or engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably with exposure to the quantum industry.
• Expertise in quantum technologies and full-stack quantum computer concepts.
• Proven written, visual, and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong ability to create data-driven analysis and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Atom’s technology and communicate product capabilities, roadmap, and differentiation.
• Track industry developments to shape messaging and positioning.
• Build relationships with customers and partners and translate feedback into offerings.
• Represent the company at regional and global events, conferences, and industry forums.
• Create value propositions, use cases, and technical content (tutorials, blog posts, whitepapers).
• Support creation of marketing collateral and digital assets; ensure messaging accuracy.
