Job summary

Atom Computing, Inc. is seeking a senior program management leader to steer operation upgrades for neutral-atom quantum hardware and to manage a multi-disciplinary project portfolio.

You will align engineering, science, and business teams, setting priorities and engineering execution plans to meet ambitious roadmap milestones. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in deep tech programs, autonomous collaboration across multiple teams, and a passion for advancing quantum computing hardware

Qualifications

• Program management experience in advanced technology.
• Technical expertise in quantum computing and AMO physics or willingness to learn.
• Proven history delivering early-stage deep tech programs from inception to delivery.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for operation and upgrades of existing neutral atom quantum computing hardware.
• Manage a portfolio of research projects to advance the Atom Computing roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and plan execution.
• Balance scope, schedule, and resources across teams to meet deliverables.
• Develop and track metrics and communicate status to stakeholders.
