Job summary

SiMa.ai, Inc. is seeking a Technical Director of Quality and Reliability to lead Quality and Reliability across MLSoC silicon and board-level products.

You will own the QMS, drive KPI reporting (DPPM, FIT, RMA), and coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure automotive and industrial standards compliance. The role requires a strong technical background in high-end SoCs, reliability testing, and environmental regulations, with leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in electrical engineering, material science, or related field
• Strong leadership experience in Q&R teams
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with customers and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Lead PQE, CQE, SQE, and Environmental & Regulatory Compliance and own the QMS (ISO 9001) & Q&R KPIs
• Expand automotive and industrial quality infrastructure and support business needs
• Drive analysis and implementation for quality, reliability and environment across products
• Coordinate with customers and supply partners as SiMa.ai representative
• Own qualification procedures for ASIC and board-level products and manage safety/regulatory compliance
