Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Director, Quality Operations to lead the enterprise PACE quality program, driving compliance, data analytics, and performance improvements across clinical excellence and patient safety. You will partner with Analytics, Compliance, and Operations to translate data into actionable improvements.

The role requires CA residency with remote work options, travel onsite as needed, and a strong focus on regulatory readiness and CAPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred; QI analytics certifications preferred.
• Five years of experience, three as a QI/assurance Director/Manager in healthcare or similar.
• Three years of supervisory experience mentoring team members.
• Hands‑on experience with California DHCS and PACE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize enterprise metrics for clinical excellence, quality, and patient safety.
• Create standardized quality operations workflows, playbooks, and data collection/visualization tools.
• Analyze operational performance with Analytics and Performance Excellence for iterative improvements.
• Monitor HPMS, CMS calls, enrollment denials, and audit requirements for trends.
• Lead CAPs to address compliance and quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Ensure investigations and documentation of PACE program complaints and regulatory adherence.
