Ensure platform consistency: Maintain testing pipelines for web and mobile platforms, ensuring parity, performance, and compliance with platform requirements (App Store, Play Store).
Oversee release quality: Ensure every major release includes comprehensive test coverage, detailed test results, and robust rollback plans with clear go/no-go criteria.
Lead continuous improvement: Analyze production incidents to enhance test coverage and identify systemic gaps in testing processes.
