Job summary

BeOne seeks a Director, PV Alliance and Contract Management to lead the global PV alliance and contract teams. You will ensure strategic alignment, manage contracts and drive compliance across GPS and business partners, with expert negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmacovigilance contracts, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of EU GVP, GCP, and CDx requirements. Travel ~20% to support global partnerships and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in pharmacovigilance contracts or alliance management.
• Expert negotiation and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV alliance contracts and agreements, including PVA and PV Clauses.
• Oversee due diligence, business development and contract execution.
• Provide leadership to global teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Quality, Regulatory and Alliance Managers.
• Manage risk and ensure robust infrastructure for PVAs and related tools.
