Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Pharmacovigilance Alliance Contracting and Management in Raritan, NJ or Horsham, PA. You will lead PV contracting strategy, negotiate PVAs, and supervise a PAC team to ensure compliant alliance operations across multiple partners.

The role requires extensive PV experience, global governance expertise, and strong leadership to advance risk management and operational excellence in pharmacovigilance collaborations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including 8 years within a drug safety environment with PV responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and PV governance.
• Proven people leadership, talent development, and coaching experience.
• Ability to negotiate PV agreements and safety-related terms with stakeholders.
• Experience leading strategic alliances and governance in pharma/healthcare.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of PVAs and PV alliance contracts.
• Oversee global PV Alliance Contracting function and PAC team.
• Govern PV agreements templates and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Identify and manage PV contracting risks with escalation planning.
• Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to drive compliance and value.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions in PV contracting.
