Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Director, PV Contracts & Agreements to lead the global team responsible for pharmacovigilance contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with business development and alliance partnerships.

The role oversees SDEAs and PVAs, drives scalable processes, coordinates with Safety, Regulatory, Legal, and partners worldwide, and ensures compliance with EU GVP and global PV regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience working with pharmacovigilance contracts and agreements.
• Expert negotiation skills and ability to identify mutual interests to reach agreements.
• Experience managing PV contracts, SDEAs/PVAs and related agreements.
• Knowledge of global PV regulations, including EU GVP.

Responsibilities

• Leads PV contracts and agreements strategy aligned with business development.
• Oversees PV contracts and agreements on behalf of GPS and EU QPPV.
• Drives scalable processes for managing SDEAs/PVAs and templates.
• Acts as liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners on PV contracts.
• Ensures compliance of PV contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Identifies risks and escalates to senior leadership when needed.
