Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, Pharmacovigilance Alliance Contracting and Management to lead global PV agreements and oversee the PAC team from Raritan, NJ or Horsham, PA. The role drives strategic governance, risk management, and partnership execution across third-party alliances.

The successful candidate will partner with Legal and cross-functional leaders to ensure compliant, efficient PV contractual operations and scalable processes for evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pharmacovigilance contract negotiations and alliance contracting.
• Strong negotiation and governance skills with risk management focus.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal and cross-functional leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of global PV agreements (PVAs).
• Provide strategic leadership for global PV Alliance Contracting (PAC) including team oversight and capability development.
• Support alliance governance and partnership management for PV collaborations.
• Collaborate with Legal to govern PV agreement templates and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage PV agreement and alliance risks with escalation when needed.
