McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing & Proposal Delivery to lead the pursuit marketing team and drive revenue growth from engagement to win.

This on-site role in Boise requires 15+ years of leadership experience in the A/E/C sector and a track record of directing RFQ/RFP/SOQ efforts and proposal development. The position collaborates with Market Leads, Operations, and Discipline Leads, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates and a strong emphasis on CRM-driven

Qualifications

• 15+ years of career progression in a management or leadership role.
• A/E/C industry experience required.
• Proven track record of leading marketing and pursuit teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Regular, predictable attendance and in-office full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Leads the firm’s pursuit marketing team across markets, geographies, and delivery methods.
• Directs RFQ, RFP, SOQ, and proposal efforts for compliant, on-time submissions.
• Develops pursuit schedules, responsibilities, and budgets; manages resources.
• Partners with Market Leads, Operations and Discipline Leads to win work.
• Maintains CRM and pursuit content library for efficiency.
