HDR is seeking a highly experienced Business Class Director for Pump Stations and Pipelines to lead technical capabilities and oversee major projects across HDR's global network. You will coordinate with market sectors, ensure risk management, and guide strategic program delivery while mentoring senior leaders.

The role emphasizes leadership in a complex, multi-location environment with a focus on quality, compliance, and industry engagement to advance HDR’s Water business group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams.
• Collaborative leadership with other directors and managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management through reviews and advisory services on projects.
