Job summary

Zscaler is seeking an experienced Director of Professional Services & Consulting for the Public Sector to lead and scale our mission-critical delivery practice across US Federal, State, Local, and Education customers. You will direct a high-performing team of architects, engagement managers, and deployment consultants, driving AI-native service excellence and time-to-value.

You will champion delivery P&L, governance, and partner enablement, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, CJIS

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and scaling Professional Services or equivalent delivery organizations in enterprise software, cloud networking, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of direct people-management experience leading managers and senior consultants.
• US Citizenship with an active US Government Top Secret security clearance (or active within the past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand a specialized team of delivery consultants, project managers, and resident engineers for public sector deployments.
• Oversee complex Zero Trust platform rollouts across federal civilian, defense, intelligence, and SLED agencies.
• Forecast revenue and headcount with FP&A and Operations to ensure resource alignment.
• Serve as senior escalation point for public sector leadership and strategic Federal System Integrators.
• Align delivery methodologies with FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, CJIS, and Zero Trust standards.
