Zscaler seeks an experienced leader to head a delivery-focused team serving federal civilian, defense, intelligence, and SLED agencies. You will drive mentorship, growth, and delivery excellence across a growing group of consultants, PMs, and resident engineers.

You will own regional capacity planning, ensure efficient resource utilization, manage billable margins, and retire backlogs to meet mission outcomes. A Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for this role.

• 10+ years leading Professional Services or similar organizations.
• 5+ years managing people managers and senior consultants.
• Track record managing P&Ls over $15M annual run-rate.
• US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.

• Experience with AI-driven delivery frameworks or predictive analytics.
• Deep technical familiarity with SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG.
• Experience developing new service offerings and partner-led programs.
