Job summary

Tremco CPG North America seeks a Director to lead Accounts Payable and Cash Application, delivering accurate, efficient processing and strong internal controls across a global team. The role partners with RPM Treasury, banking partners, and card programs, driving automation and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will direct a 20+ member team across onshore and offshore locations, ensure compliance, and mentor talent while aligning with finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a four- or five-year college or university.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or related fields, including leadership of global or shared-service teams.
• Hands-on SAP and ReadSoft experience required.
• Strong liaison with treasury, banking partners, and card program providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AP and cash-application team (20+ members) and drive service-first culture.
• Maintain internal controls and improve procedures for high-volume processing.
• Oversee ReadSoft and automation initiatives and related systems.
• Collaborate with RPM Treasury on cash management, banking, and finance transformation.
• Interface with external auditors and RPM internal audit; ensure compliance.
• Mentor and develop staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
