Salary: $303,000

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, treatment, and direct care to patients in the community; which includes but is not limited to treatment at the patient's home, shelters, and public areas.
• Manage all Assertive Community Treatment programs for the facility.
• Manage program reporting and regulatory requirements for NYC Health + Hospitals, DOHM, Joint Commission, and other relevant parties.
• Supervision and provider collaboration with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and other mid‑level provider staff.
• Supervision and teaching of Residents and Medical Students.
• Provide clinical guidance to other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted NYS License.
• Active DEA Registration.
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience, preferably in a community‑based treatment program with direct clinical experience in community settings.
• Previous leadership, management, and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Familiarity with high‑risk patients and cultural sensitivity in community settings.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $303,000* based on 40‑hour work week.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $373,300**.

• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
