Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Director, Psychiatry - Assertive Community Treatment to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. Opportunity Details

1. Evaluation, treatment, and direct care to patients in the community; which includes but is not limited to treatment at the patient\'s home, shelters, and public areas.
2. Manage all Assertive Community Treatment programs for the facility.
3. Manage program reporting and regulatory requirements for NYC Health + Hospitals, DOHM, Joint Commission, and other relevant parties.
4. Supervision and provider collaboration with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and other mid-level provider staff.
5. Supervision and teaching of Residents and Medical Students.
6. Provide clinical guidance to other members of the healthcare team.
7. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
