Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in provider performance or network management.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the provider performance strategy across New York City.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key health systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Network Performance Managers.
