Publicis Commerce in the United States (Detroit/Chicago area) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day workflow across cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive process improvements within advertising and marketing campaigns.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of marketing or agency project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering client-brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing or advertising experience, agency or project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and execution of workflow with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize projects and deliverables.
• Manage schedules and resourcing and workflow.
• Develop project timelines and critical paths.
• Manage job jackets and budgets within hours and costs.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing and budgets.
• Maintain and update necessary reporting.
• Quality control and mitigate risk.
• Internal systems expert and keeper of process.
• Responsible for billing and workflow systems & training/implementation.
• Contribute to ongoing process refinements and ways of working.
