Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 9 years of process, project, or program management experience
• At least 7 years of people management experience
• No new employment authorization sponsorship or immigration-related support
• Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration
• Preferred: 10+ years of process, project, or program management experience
• Preferred: 3+ years of operations experience
• Preferred: 8+ years of people management experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of learning & development experience
• Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
