You’ll manage a geographically dispersed team and influence executive decisions. Required: a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in project controls or related fields; certifications such as PMP/AACE/PSP/CCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in project controls or capital projects.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and senior stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Sets enterprise project controls strategy and governance across planning, cost, and schedule.
• Provides executive visibility into portfolio performance via forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Ensures accurate forecasting, cost control, and schedule management throughout projects.
• Leads managers and professionals across multiple locations, aligning resources.
• Builds relationships with senior leaders and acts as a trusted advisor on portfolio health.
• Oversees methodologies, systems, reporting tools, and document controls.
• Drives continuous improvement through data quality, analytics, and automation.
