Job summary

You will establish standards and KPIs, drive integrated master schedules, oversee contractor compliance, and mentor a high-performing team, reporting to senior leadership. This is a full-time role requiring 15+ years in project controls and 8+ years leading such teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project controls and capital project experience.
• 8+ years leading project controls organizations.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6, cost control, forecasting, estimating, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls organization including cost control, estimating, planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Establish standards, procedures, and KPIs across the capital portfolio.
• Oversee project cost forecasting, earned value management, cash flow forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Ensure development and maintenance of integrated master schedules.
• Lead estimating activities from conceptual through detailed project phases.
• Manage EPC/EPCM contractor compliance with project controls requirements.
• Direct portfolio risk management, change control, and contingency management processes.
• Provide executive-level reporting and decision support to senior leadership.
• Support implementation and optimization of project controls systems and analytics tools.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing project controls team.
