Job summary

Strike is seeking a Director of Pipeline Construction to plan, direct, and oversee pipeline operations, maintenance, integrity, construction, and client service activities. The role will focus on safe, compliant, cost-efficient execution while driving growth and profitability across services.

You will develop strategic directions, manage cross-functional teams, and strengthen client relationships to expand negotiable or reimbursable work, while reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in pipeline operations, maintenance, integrity, or energy infra services; leadership preferred.
• 6+ years in business development, client management, or operations leadership in midstream or energy services.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline operations, maintenance, integrity, construction, and client service strategies.
• Analyze market conditions and client needs to grow revenue and service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory and company standards.
