Job summary

Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring a Project Controls Program Manager in Dallas, TX to support a confidential portfolio of large-scale data center construction projects in West Texas.

This senior role drives planning, scheduling, cost controls, forecasting, earned value management, and performance reporting across multiple complex projects, with frequent travel to Turkey, Texas and a focus on capital projects exceeding $100M.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities across a portfolio of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated project schedules.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, actual costs, accruals, cash flow, forecasts, EAC, and ETC.
• Support earned value management, productivity analysis, change management, and project performance measurement.
